After a year long ride on a legal roller coaster that had the community and fans of Electric Forest Festival churning with anxiety, as to weather or not the festival was going to be held at all, we are very happy to announce the lineup has finally arrived!! Topping the list of artist for this years event are veterans String Cheese Incident , Bassnectar and Big Gigantic.
Sharing the stage with these heavy hitters will be Skrillex, Kaskade, Flume, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, Carl Cox, EOTO, Datsik and a plethora more!! Heading into it’s fifth annual year, this festival has developed a reputation held in high regards from fans around the world. The venue, Double JJ Ranch in Rothbury, Michigan is just east of Lake Michigan and is surrounded by an abundance of trees and beautiful landscape.
The name of this festival has often received the notion that this is an ALL ELECTRONIC festival. That it is NOT!! This festival is electric in such that the Sherwood Forest is decorated to the nines with visual arts, lights and lasers!! Furthermore, the energy is ELECTRIC!! The music is a little heavy on the electronic side of things but truly reaches an eclectic spectrum by bringing in artists with the likes of Galactic, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, Yonder Mountain String Band, Delta Spirit, The Preservation Hall Jazz Band, The Ragbirds and TAUK.
This festival has the best amenities offered including, VIP Camping, RV Camping, Lodging, The Good Life, an awesome water park, visual arts, great food and the list goes on.
