Labor Day weekend is always a biggie for festival lovers, and this year, Chicago is pulling out the stops for “Summer’s Last Stand.” The annual windy city-based festival, more commonly known as North Coast Music Fest, returns to Union Park this September 2-4. This genre-bending festival features the very best in EDM, jam and hip-hop acts for a fully curated weekend that’s fit to compete with other major national music events happening at the same time, including New York City’s Electric Zoo: Wild Island, the Jay-Z and Live Nation produced Philly edition of Made in America, and of course, Burning Man (but don’t tell them we called it a ‘music event.’ The hardcore burners are sure to get saltier than a sweaty brow-line basting in the playa sun).
Discounted Holiday Tickets are already sold out, but today’s North Coast 2016 lineup announcement featuring the likes of Bassnectar, Zedd, ODESZA in headlining slots, will surely help spur general admission sales. 3-Day GA passes start at $159.00 and are available to attendees age 17+, while North Coast VIP tickets start at $259.00.
If you’ve been attending North Coast for a while now, you’re well aware that tickets sell out before the date. So, jump on your North Coast tickets and start making plans for killer end-of-summer party you and your crew won’t soon forget!
