Blues on the Fox music festival, held in downtown Aurora, Illinois along the midwest’s infamous Fox River, offered another year of beautiful weather, family fun and exceptional blues this past June 17th and 18th. In its 20th consecutive year running, Blues on the Fox has a reputation of hosting many of today’s best and most desirable blues artist from around the world. Previous years have seen the likes of blues legends such as BB King, Buddy Guy and Mavis Staples.
Blues on the Fox 2016 proved to be enticing as ever for music fanatics and their whole family, as great views, food, music and vibes filled the venue. The Blues on the Fox 2016 lineup fell nothing short of the festival’s standard as the stages were graced with the presence of favorites like Tedeschi Trucks Band, Los Lobos, The Robert Cray Band, Leland, Marcia Ball and Larry McCray.
