This past weekend STS9 had a massively successful two-night run at the world-renowned Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, Colorado. Both of which nights attendees were treated to three separate sets with STS9, each night beginning with an very special “Axe the Cables” acoustic set.
Friday night’s performance marked the first time that Alana Rocklin, STS9’s new bass player, had ever played at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Despite it being her first time performing at the legendary natural amphitheater, she left everyone’s jaws on the floor as she laid the bass throughout both nights on a standup acoustic bass guitar, and, two electric bass guitars. Not only did Alana bring her A-game, but the other members of STS9 each had their own moments where they stole the show as well.
