Patrick Brown, a recent University of Rhode Island graduate and co-founder of AQUA (a missionary service that runs a 3D Hologram Water Show during festivals and concerts, that in turn raises money to provide clean water for those in need), is currently on a mission to save the lives of those who have are being affected by the lack of clean drinking water in Africa. One of the countries most in need is Ghana.
Before learning about the problem, Patrick stumbled on the basics of what is of the water and light phenomena after being forced to get creative when the parties he was attempting to throw in college as head of his school’s surf club, got rained out time and time again. After some serious trial and error with the untapped concept, Patrick figured out some magic and soon found himself on-tour his senior year with none other than HARDWELL for his US Reveal Tour.
In the interview below, Patrick talks about how he got involved with such a unique project and how it’s led him to be in a position to help others half way around the world. Patrick addresses the problem, which in all honesty, we should all be doing more to help solve, and touches on how he partnered with the CEO of Water Is Life to make more of an impact on the situation, especially via concerts and festivals like the one I spoke to him before he did his thing, called Imagine Music Festival in Atlanta, GA.
Most importantly, Patrick informs me how YOU CAN GET INVOLVED with AQUA and be a part of the mission to save lives that do not have to be lost.
