Gulf Shores, AL- The 2017 Hangout Festival is revving up for another weekend of great music and fun beach vibes. Festival goers are looking forward to four days of sound sand and sun. Kicking off on Thursday, May 18th, the festivities are set to continue until after the sun sets on Sunday evening. It is always a treat to catch a bird’s eye view of the two main stages from The Hangout’s iconic giant Ferris wheel. Since 2010, festival revelers have been flocking to the sandy white beaches to experience an extensive lineup of rock, indie, hip hop, and electric dance music.
This year’s lineup will not disappoint. The 2017 headliners include: Mumford & Sons, Twenty One Pilots, Frank Ocean, Chance the Rapper, Major Lazer, Weezer, DJ Snake, and MGMT. In between shows there are plenty of shady spots set up to take a rage break and water stations throughout the venue to keep sun worshippers hydrated.
General admission and VIP tickets are still available for purchase at the Hangout website and any updates to the lineup are posted there as well. You can also purchase tix for Thursday night’s kickoff party and catch a show in the “Boom Boom” tent. Check out the daily shows listed below:
