French Canadian producer, Christophe Dubé aka CRi unleashed his hypnotic new single “Never Really Get There” today. The track features fellow Montréal native Jesse Mac Cormack’s vocals which set the tone for the compelling new single. The song sets an enchanting mood with a blend of mellow beats and dream-like melodies while also capturing a sense of energy that brings the dance-worthy aspect to the track. “Never Really Get There” captures an alluring mood that makes the track impossible to not have on repeat. The track was also released alongside a stunning music video that was produced by director, filmmaker and also CRi’s sister, Alexa-Jeanne Dubé. The music video displays the reality that many of us have been experiencing of staying inside our homes. The video is beautifully executed and fits perfectly with the song.
CRi has been making waves with his music, his early singles ‘Rush” and “Don’t” have proven him to be a notable artist in the dance music world. In addition he was nominated for Electronic Release of The Year at the 2018 Juno Awards (Canada’s equivalent to the Grammy’s).
