During preparation for Insomniac Events‘ 20-year celebration of EDC Las Vegas set to commence June 17-19, a select group of artists, fans, plus concert and festival curators, have gathered to talk shop about current issues in the live dance music scene at the annual EDMbiz Conference and Expo. Topics ranged from “Drugs in Dance Music: It’s Time for the Industry to Act” to “Beyond the Boys’ Club” to discussing research about which genre of music posses fans that spend the most amount of money within the industry (tickets, events, music etc.), and, so much more.
