In honor of the unbelievable 20th anniversary of Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC), Insomniac has officially debuted the “EDC 20Year Playlist Series,” which highlights the most memorable music in both electronic dance music and EDC history.

Pasquale Rotella (CEO and Founder of Insomniac) and his team of curators have developed a weekly playlist reflecting the festival’s evolution from an underground event to a name that electronic music lovers and festival aficionados alike are attuned to.

Every Thursday, a new EDC playlist will debut on Insomniac.com and Spotify. Each playlist will feature essential features and influential tracks in dance music starting from EDC’s debut in 1997 all the way to EDC Las Vegas 2016.

The first playlist, released February 4, featured tracks from Basement Jaxx, The Crystal Method, Stardust, The Chemical Brothers, The Prodigy, Daft Punk, and more.

The second playlist, released February 11 features hits from 1998 from artists such as The Crystal Method, Fatboy Slim, Binary Finary, ATB, Three Drives On A Vinyl, Moloko, Joey Negro, Age of Love, and Armand Van Helden.

So get nostalgic and check out the EDC 20-Year Playlist Series, and be sure to get your tickets to EDC Las Vegas to celebrate “20 Years Under The Electric Sky” (June 17-19).
