The first wave of performers featured in the Suwannee Hulaween lineup has just been released! Suwannee Hulaween 2016 will take place on October 28th-30th in Live Oak, Florida at The Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park.
Artists announced to be a part of the fourth annual Suwannee Hulaween lineup include My Morning Jacket, Disclosure, STS9, Logic, Umphrey’s McGee, a rare performance by Big Gigantic featuring The Motet, Rebelution, The Claypool Lennon Delirium, Gramatik, Greensky Bluegrass, Lettuce, Boys Noize, Anderson .Paak and The Free Nationals, and several others.
Plus, The String Cheese Incident will be performing all three nights! It has become a tradition for the band to perform a special Halloween set to set the mood of the ghoulish celebration around the freakishly done-up festival grounds of The Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park. Furthermore, the annual artist showcase known as Spirit Lake, will be returning on a much larger scale than witnessed in the past.
As far as festival locations go, The Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park might just be worth the experience on its own. The park spans 800-acres along the black waters of the Suwannee River, full of Spanish moss-draped oak and cypress. It houses the largest bat house in the Southeast. The venue also has a full-service restaurant, general store, and even showers. Plus, you can even rent golf carts at this venue.
While the theme and location remains the same, event producers at Silver Wrapper and Purple Hat Productions are promising big improvements this year. The amount of ticketholders tripled last year, so Suwannee Hulaween 2016 tickets will be limited to 20,000 in order to make the experience better for those in attendance.
