These outrageous experiences with your favorite artists are now in arm’s reach thanks to Insomniac’s EDC Week Charity Auction, which comes as a byproduct of an exciting new partnership between Insomniac Events and eBay. Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas (EDC LV), returning to Las Vegas Motor Speedway this June 17-19, will be celebrating “20 Years Under the Electric Sky” and festival curators want to give fans a slice of the action. Or several slices, if you’re the winner of a pizza party hosted by Martin Garrix!
Have we piqued your interest? This star-studded auction is no ordinary fundraiser. This year, headliners of the EDC Las Vegas 2016 lineup have offered up a chance to indulge in their talents and hobbies. Ranging from DJ Lesson’s from world-champion turntablist, A-Trak, to skydiving lessons with trap and moombahton artist, Party Favor, and, racing racecars with Marshmello, this is a charity auction like no other.
With most bids starting at only $.99 and all proceeds going toward The Shade Tree, a local nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of women and their pets affected by domestic violence, there’s every reason to click for a good cause.
“The Shade Tree is an incredible nonprofit organization that reflects the helping nature and beautiful spirit of dance music culture while providing an invaluable service to the Las Vegas community,” said Pasquale Rotella, Founder and CEO of Insomniac Events. “I couldn’t imagine a better way to celebrate 20 years of EDC than giving back to local neighborhoods and providing our Headliners with the chance to have once-in-a-lifetime experiences surrounding EDC Las Vegas.”
