KAABOO del Mar is set to be a unique experience to everyone's liking and is ready to commence this September 15th - 17th in San Diego. Whether it's food and drinks, artwork, comedy, or partying like a rockstar you're interested in checking out between an incredible lineup, KAABOO del Mar is ready for it all.
Extras at KAABOO 2017 include custom made flower crowns, IV rehydration stations, men’s barbershop, hot air balloon, and artisan shops. Patrons can also expect artwork and culinary delights to be popping up around the festival. Included this year is native San Diegan, Carly Ealey’s mural which will be being painted live throughout the weekend and will be a permanent fixture at the Del Mar Racetrack + Fairgrounds.
Also anticipated are different styles and mediums from artists all across the country; including jewelry making, spray paint, acrylics, wire, henna, forgotten objects and more. If comedy is more your thing, the KAABOO comedy lineup includes lords of laughter Sebastian Maniscalco, David Spade, Norm McDonald, Nick Swardson and Demetri Martin, whom will be supplying laughs at the MGM Grand’s Aces of Comedy Stage.
As far as KAABOO 2017 tickets go, if you've already purchased them, make sure to register your wristband when you receive it. This year, the festival offers a cashless option to connect your wristband to your credit or debit card. No need to prepay, just register your card and pin and use the RFID cashless line at bars. If you do have Hang Ten or Hang Five upgrades you'll have access to private bars and food outlets. VIP passes also get you access to viewing platforms closer to the stages.
All ticket holders can download the KAABOO del Mar app to plan out your music, comedy, and artwork schedules. It will be handy because there is so much to see and do that you’ll want to be prepared!
When it comes to the newly released schedule for the KAABOO 2017 lineup, don’t miss Weezer and the Red Hot Chili Peppers at the Sunset Cliffs Main Stage on Friday. Check out David Guetta in between next door at the Grandview Stage. On Saturday, expect Ice Cube, Pink at the Sunset Cliffs stage. Sunday, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers are closing out the festival on the main stage, beforehand Jason Derulo will be at the Grandview stage. Other acts on the KAABOO del Mar lineup include Muse, Logic, Alanis Morrisette, LīVE, The Wallflowers, Toad The Wet Sprocket, Jane's Addiction, SmashMouth, The X Ambassadors and many more.
