The Chicago local and Twin Cities native, Manic Focus, has just released a new album titled Minds Rising. The album includes collaborations from a wide variety of musicians in the electronic and live-music scene. From tracks like "Putting All Of My People On" featuring the rhymes of Probs Cause, to singles like "Stronger" featuring Adam Deitch (Break Science/Live Pretty Lights/Lettuce), Jennifer Hartswick (Trey Anastasio Band) and Late-Night Radio, "Snap Like This" featuring Erick Jesus Coomes, and, "Your X Now" featuring Borham Lee (Lettuce, Break Science, Live Pretty Lights) and EXmag (Gramatik and Low Temp Records), the collaborations on Minds Rising are bountiful and equally epic.
