This September 11 – 14, Phases Of The Moon Music & Art Festival in Danville, Illinois commenced went down in the books as a huge success. The festival did an excellent job revisiting the roots of music festivals, as the Phases Of The Moon 2014 lineup included jam band icons Widespread Panic, The String Cheese Incident, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Gov’t Mule and more. Alongside the arsenal of jam bands were legends like Grace Potter and The Nocturnals, Jackie Greene, Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, Dumpstaphunk and JJ Grey & Mofro; all of which did a wonderful job of captivating the audience every second they played. Music Festival Central was fortunate enough to be on-site to capture images all the fun that transpired during the culmination of the first ever Phases Of The Moon.
