Over Labor Day weekend, Chicago’s infamous end-of-summer music festival extravaganza, North Coast Music Festival, aka “Summer’s Last Stand” went down as a huge success for the sixth year in a row. Thousands of fans flocked to Union Park to see the likes of The Chemical Brothers, Widespread Panic, D’Angelo and The Vanguard, The Roots, The Disco Biscuits, Steve Aoki, Atmosphere, The Glitch Mob, Green Velvet, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead and many, many more rage the stages all weekend long. Music Festival Central photographer, Daniel Peterson, was on the front lines to capture some memorable moments from the musical meltdown.
