Just recently, creators behind North Coast Music Festival announced the full lineup for the festival’s seventh annual installment! North Coast 2016 kicks off September 2-4 at Union Park in Chicago and is set to feature some of the festival scene’s hottest artists.
Since the its inception, North Coast excels at bringing together hip hop, jam bands, funk, and electronic dance music artists. Since it is a well-rounded music festival, there’s a little something for every kind of music lover. As it stands, the North Coast 2016 lineup includes Bassnectar, Odesza, Zedd, Logic, Grouplove, The Claypool Lennon Delirium, Umphrey’s McGee, The Floozies, Matt & Kim, Baauer, Brillz, Sam Feldt, The Polish Ambassador, TAUK, Twiddle, Hotel Garuda, Hermitude, Vulfpeck, The Revivalists, Big Wild, Golf Clap, Mia Wallace and many more.
When it comes to beverages to fuel festival vibes, Heineken is set to return as an official sponsor of North Coast 2016. Returning with the iconic beverage maker is the dome shaped venue referred to as the Heineken House. Walker & Royce, Zebo, Farley Jackmaster Funk, Alan King, Jesse Saunders, Wayne Williams and many others are set to fill the Heineken House with that fire house music Chicagoans crave.
Curators at North Coast have locked down a live graffiti art organization known as Avagrey Living Gallery. The live gallery will be combined with the Silent Disco in an effort to strengthen the bond of art and music. During the Silent Disco attendees will be able to choose from two different channels to mix up the vibe at the flip of a switch.
With the North Coast lineup being the biggest in the festival’s history, don’t wait too long to pick up your festival tickets because they will sell out. North Coast 2016 tickets are on currently on sale for extremely reasonable $159 for a 3-day GA pass and just $259 for VIP.
