Due to circumstances that were not predicted, Phases Of The Moon Music & Art Festival has been cancelled! At the time there is not too much information on why exactly the festival in its second year has had to throw in the towel. For now, it seems the weight falls on the fact that the only road leading to the festival will be closed for construction. Phases Of The Moon 2015 was set to occur at Mulberry Mountain in the Ozarks of Arkansas this October 16th – 18th. The Phases Team will be reaching out to ticket holders ASAP regarding refunds.
