During August 21st – 23rd, Watkins Glen International in New York transformed into a mecca for Phishheads, Deadheads, and music lovers from a wide variety of genres as they joined forces to celebrate Phish’s 2015 music festival, MagnaBall. Members of Phish, Trey Anastasio, Mike Gordon, Page McConnell and Jon Fishman, did a great job of captivating attendees throughout the whole weekend without the help of other bands filling time slots. Unlike traditional music festivals, Phish is the only band that takes during MagnaBall. MagnaBall 2015 also came equipped with a giant movie screen that acted like one of the most psychedelic “front-drops” that has ever been created for the Phish’s Secret Show which incorporated what seemed to be a live feed mixed with special effects as the band played behind the massive wall of wonder.
