Secret Solstice, in Reykjavik, Iceland, recently announced 35 artist additions to complete the Secret Solstice 2017 lineup; ensuring a lineup that will not disappoint. Headliners included within this year's amazing Secret Solstice lineup are the Foo Fighters, The Prodigy, Richard Ashcroft, Rick Ross, Dubfire, Seth Troxler, Chaka Khan, Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals, Big Sean, Dusky and many others. Tappi Tikarras, one of Iceland’s native punk bands, returns to the stage after a break of 30 years, to grace listeners with their killer sounds, making it one of Secret Solstice’s most anticipated events.
The festival will span over the Summer Solstice weekend (June 15-18), providing festival-goers a rare opportunity to experience a weekend full of never-ending sunlight. In case you're wondering how that's possible, it's created by the close proximity to the Arctic Circle.
The dance scene will also be noteworthy at Secret Solstice 2017, as The Warehouse Project (an electronic music-inspired international event series) has announced a specialized night venue called Hel, which will be dedicated to house, techno and trance music. Guests of the festival can attend Hel on Saturday, June 17 at 9pm to have the chance to witness Exos, Thugfucker, Kiasmos and more, as they rave the night away.
