The fourth annual Shaky Knees Music Festival in Atlanta, Georgia is looking hot as it drops another killer and original lineup for 2016. With 5 stages and up to 75 bands each year, Shaky Knees has quickly grown to be a choice festival for rock fans around the country. Last years performances from Wilco, Tame Impala, Dr. Dog, The Devil Makes Three, Heartless Bastards and ZZ Ward kept the momentum rolling from previous years and set the bar extremely high for 2016.
To many fans delight, Shaky Knees 2016 will see the likes of Florence + The Machine, Jane’s Addiction, My Morning Jacket, Deftones, Walk The Moon, Young The Giant, The Head And The Heart, Silversun Pickups, Bloc Party, The Kills, Cold War Kids, Explosions In The Sky and a whole heap more!! Judging by many fans reactions on the Shaky Knees Facebook page, this year is going to be a rager.
A new location for Shaky Knees was recently announced so be sure to make it to the right place!! Atlanta’s Centennial Olympic Park is in the heart of the city, is surrounded by a beautiful urban backdrop and is adorned with sculptures, statues and fountains. To accompany the music, fans will also enjoy some of the best food trucks from throughout the Southeast ranging from southern BBQ to vegetarian meals.
