The hype in Tahoe this season is high as a combination of a long anticipated El Nino clashes with Arctic storms to cover the Lake’s resorts with heavy snowfall in early November which has yet to let up. The festival is located within miles of several ski resorts (Heavenly, Sierra at Tahoe, & Kirkwood) for those festival-goers who are interested in conquering mountains during the day before dancing the night away. It is popular for attendees to rent hotels and cabins close to clubs and casinos of the CA/NV state line, and utilize the shuttle to attend the concert.
Be sure to prep properly by having your layer game strong and a good pair of boots and gloves to keep you warm, as snow is currently in the forecast over the holidays with temps in the 30-40’s.
