As STS9 (SoundTribe Sector 9) reaches a huge milestone of their 20th anniversary, the live-electronic band will kick-off celebrations September 8th - 10th at the world famous Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO. Along with them, some amazing artists there to help support this joyous occasion.
The 3-day celebration begins Friday, September 8th as they perform their highly acclaimed album Artifact live and in its entirety. Supporting them on Friday are performances by Nightmares on Wax (DJ set), El Ten Eleven and Moon Boots (In The Round). On Saturday, Michal Menert, Sub-ID and Richard Devine (In The Round) help out STS9. Lastly, STS9 performs their famed acoustic jam known as Axe The Cables, and has support from Troyboi, LTJ Bukem featuring Armanni Reign and Soul Clap (In The Round).
The Red Rocks performance will make a record 15th consecutive years performing at the Colorado venue and adding up to 23 shows in total.
STS9 definitely brings their unique sound and creative style combined to form a 21st-century dance music that everyone can enjoy. Following their Axe The Cables album, STS9 released The Universe Inside on September 2nd, 2016 with their own label, 1320 Records; it had been seven years since releasing an album. With so much demand and praise, the album debuted at #1 on iTunes and #2 on Billboard Dance/Electronic Albums Chart.
