Germany’s long-running techno festival, Time Warp, returns for its second year to New York City. Last year’s festival made its debut at Brooklyn’s 39th St. Pier. This year, the party will be held at an indoor venue called the Bedford Armory in Brooklyn, NY from November 20th – 21st.
The Bedford Armory is an 108 year-old warehouse castle is sure to be every music lover’s dream. The Time Warp organizers are redesigning the interior of the space with their Cave 2.0 production, transforming the dance arena into an icy cavern. Time Warp has used their Cave 1.0 and 2.0 installations for years, and have mastered the ability to combine the aesthetics of a warehouse party, a full-blown festival, and a subterranean underworld of fire or ice.
Time Warp NYC has a stacked lineup as well as a fantastic location, right in the heart of Brooklyn. Artists set to bring some sick beats to one of the most anticipated parties include: Black Coffee, Luciano, Jamie Jones, Monkey Safari, Seth Troxler, Ricardo, Villalobos, Apollonia, Chris Liebing, Joseph Capriati, Julia Govor, Ms. Mada, Len Faki, and more.
Word is out that Jamie Jones and Seth Troxler are going to team up to put on their east coast back-to-back debut, and Chilean techno guru Ricardo Villalobos is returning to the US after a long-standing hiatus.
After over two decades of reigning as one of the most impressive large-scale parties worldwide, Time Warp is bringing the party to the US. For those who never want to stop the party, afterparty lineups will be announced soon.
Tickets for Time Warp are starting at $89 (Friday General Admission), and $99 (Saturday General Admission). General Admission 2-Day are $179; Friday and/or Saturday VIP are $199; and VIP/Premium Backstage 2-Day are $360. Hotel booking options are currently available: one person/two night-stays are $278 and can be accessed through the Time Warp website.
