You have got to love the eventful and constantly entertaining life in Chicago. With many food and street fests, air shows, beaches, sports and nightlife Chicago can really turn up the heat for the summer fun. Wavefront Music Festival is thrilled to invite all beach partying persons to Chicago’s Montrose Beach for another weekend full of music, sun, artists and more this July 5th – 7th.
The full lakeside dance party is only a newcomer on the American festival scene, being only in its second year, but it has already grown tremendously and is receiving great recognition. Highly reviewed in the Midwest many are looking forward to some of the major changes this summer including an entire day of music added, venue updates, and over 100 artists!
2013’s lineup at the Montrose Beach blowout is not only bigger, but also more diverse. Wavefront Music Festival is moving beyond EDM and reaching into less mainstream house and techno, freshening up our ever-changing music stream and allowing for other up and coming artists to boast their talents.
Big room names like Crookers and Justice hobnob with Seth Troxler and Apollonia will be performing across 4 stages permitting for full days of music, summer sun, and dancing.
The third wave of artists has just been announced, and the lineup just got even better! Diplo, Fatboy Slim, Rusko and Justice are just some more incredible artists that many can’t wait to get their ears tuned into. In addition many local artists will also be engulfing the stage, bringing their own individual music styles and swag to give everyone an invigorating bounce in their step. Be sure to get on your beach gear and head to Chicago for this incredible weekend, it will be one for the books!
