With the upcoming festival season only a few months away, most of us music enthusiasts are and knee deep in festival announcements… sorting through a hefty pile of music events to plan our summer. The latest music festival to share its 2015 lineup is Pitchfork Music Festival, which takes place July 17th – 19th at Chicago’s Union Park.
Now in its tenth year, headliners for the three-day indie-rock fest include Wilco, Chance the Rapper and Sleater-Kinney. Other acts featured on Pitchfork’s diverse lineup this year include Future Islands, Chvrches, the New Pornographers, Run The Jewels, Caribou, Panda Bear, Todd Terje & the Olsens, Mac DeMarco, Kurt Vile, Parquet Courts, Jamie xx, Natalie Prass, Jessica Pratt, Perfume Genius, Courtney Barnett, SOPHIE, The Julie Ruin, Clark, How To Dress Well, A. G. Cook, Viet Cong, Mourn, Bitchin Bajas, Single Mothers and many more.
