The man who seems to be everywhere is about to show up on a video game. Internationally famed DJ and producer, Steve Aoki, has recently been summoned to be a part of Linkin Park’s new video game featured on Facebook, LP Recharge. The game dropped today, September 12th, and is a first for both Steve and Linkin Park.
Linkin Park and Steve recently appeared on stage together in Tokyo for an unforgettable performance at Summer Sonic Festival to debut the new song live. Although Linkin Park has been out of the limelight for sometime, this spark may be exactly what they need to reignite the flames.
On top of being in Tokyo with rock stars and throwing birthday cakes at people in Belgium during TomorrowLand, Mr. Aoki has been traveling the world to rage the stage for millions just this summer alone. His company, Dim Mak Records, has also been doing more than its fair share of work by bringing top-notch music to festivals and concerts across the globe.
Will Steve Aoki be the next face when it comes to video game icons? Only time will tell. One thing is for certain, Steve and his team of bass-droppers are charged up to continue bringing the boom to their fans throughout the world.
