Just a few months after lighting up Perry's stage at Lollapolooza, Zeds Dead returns to one of Chicago's biggest venues supporting the recently announced DeadBeats Tour.  On Saturday, October 21stNavy Pier will host the massive dubstep duo alongside bass music standouts Ghastly and Eprom.  Wu-Tang Clan's killer bee, Ghostface Killah, will be joining in on the fun in addition to some fresh EDM faces including the mysterious stylings of k?d and Bristol speaker-knockers, Diskord.
As Zeds Dead look to expand their musical imprint, the duo have hit the road in support of their new label (Deadbeats Records) chalked with diverse producers and players.  Just as in their own music, Zeds Dead looks to bring certain diversity to the DeadBeats record presence. Associated with top-quality shows, expect a high production and a festival-like experience at these tour stops.  It is sure to be a grand onslaught as the Canadian duo bring their experimental EDM style to the shores of Lake Michigan.
Marching into the Midwest, on the heels of the Zeds Dead charge will be Californian Bass-House slaughterer Ghastly. While still performing with the timeless Hip-Hop collective Wu-Tang Clan, Ghostface Killah is making time to spit rhymes for the Chicago date.  Rising star in the Future-Bass arena, k?d will be turning heads along with long time experimental bass producer Eprom who has been churning out original compositions for over a decade.
Finally, be sure to not miss Diskord, one of the newest EDM duo’s hailing from the U.K.  Their unique drum work and high- energy style have caught the attention of many including Zeds Dead.  They both recently released worked on the track "Blood Brother" which has is out now on Deadbeats Records.
With all this great music slated for one night, getting to the venue early is highly recommended.  Held in the large convention center near the back of Navy Pier, it should be no problem wasting time before doors open.  Grab some pizza and a drink and enjoy all the sites this city landmark has to offer before blasting off into the bass abyss.
