Electric Forest 2018 - Rothbury, MI - Weekend 2 - Round 2

Over the weekends of June 21 - 24 and June 28 - July 1, the Midwest's most infamous camping festival, Electric Forest, commenced for electronic music fans from across the globe.  Put on by some of the best event curators in the game, Madison House Presents and Insomniac Events, Electric Forest provides the most unique festival grounds in the United States.  The festival is organized very well, too, especially considering its massive size.  From larger open stages (Sherwood Court and Tripolee) to stages nestled in the art-filled forest (Sherwood Forest), patrons have a wide variety of venues to choose from. 

Due to this year's heat wave, lots of people soaked up the shade in Sherwood Forest, however, it didn't stop die-hard fans from enjoying their favorite performers like Chris Lake and Claptone, whom both played to crowds in Tripolee's open arena.  When it comes to other heavy hitters in the Electric Forest 2018 lineup, featured artists included Bassnectar, The Glitch Mob, GRiZ, The String Cheese Incident, GET REAL (Claude VonStroke + Green Velvet), Testpilot (deadmau5's alter-ego), Rufus du Sol, Cut Copy, Manic Focus, Jaws, Good Sex, Justin Jay and many more.
