With approximately 6500 loyal "Campers" by their side, Claude VonStroke and his crew of tight-knit DJs and producers that make up the rest of Dirtybird Records, stormed the gates of Oak Canyon Park in Southern California during October 7-9 to celebrate the next chapter of Dirtybird Campout. The Dirtybird Campout lineup included boss-man, Claude VonStroke, whom also was featured in a number of performances including a set under his actual name and other alias, Barclay Crenshaw, as well as, a "Family Set," and, a killer session with Green Velvet under their duo's name, GET REAL. Other gifted "Counselors" included Justin Martin, Christian Martin, Shiba San, Kill Frenzy, Reggie Watts, Will Clarke, J. Phlip, Ardalan, Worthy, Catz 'N Dogz, Walker & Royce, Sacha Robotti, Billy Kenny, Mr. Carmack, Justin Jay and Friends, Pezzner, Sage Armstrong and many more.
With the help of some creative Campers, Music Festival Central photojournalist, Daniel Peterson, took to the festival crowds with a golden frame hoping to capture the many faces that make Dirtybird Campout possible every year. From the talent themselves to dedicated fans who travel from all over the world to take part in the festivities and to the production enthusiasts who's jobs tend to be under-appreciated at times, we tried to capture a wide variety of Campers and Counselors in this album titled Faces Of Dirtybird:
